One of the few dedicated teams for apostille and notarisation in Hong Kong.
No matter where you are located, we still perform our services just the same.
Helping You Get Your Documents Ready for the World
For more than 10 years in Hong Kong, our small team has been helping clients prepare their documents for use overseas. We assist you with the whole process of apostillisation and notary arrangements, so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork alone.
Because we are a small company, we stay flexible: we listen to your situation, suggest the most suitable steps, help with company documents from the Companies Registry where needed, and coordinate delivery options that match your deadlines and location.
Our Services
PUBLIC DOCUMENT

— marriage and birth records
— documents issued by a notary
DOCUMENT FROM COMPANIES REGISTRY
Three to four days. We will obtain certified copies of the documents and get them apostilled. Documents include:
— Certificate of Incorporation
— Form NNC1 (incorporation form)
— Articles of Association
— Business Registration Certificate
— Company Particulars Report
— Certificate of Continuing Registration (certificate of good standing)
— Other forms filed with the Registry, such as ND2A, ND2B, NAR1 etc.
OTHER DOCUMENTS
— Declaration service.
Three working days after receipt of all documents. Applicable for police certificates of no criminal conviction, diplomas or any other type of document (not certified). Declaration means that our employee will make a sworn statement that your document or a copy of the original document is valid, which makes the document eligible for apostille.
This service is NOT applicable for certified copies of marriage certificates, birth certificates, documents issued by a notary, and certified copies from the Companies Registry. For these documents, choose “PUBLIC DOCUMENTS” option.
— Notary service price quote is provided individually for each case.
How It Works
Get your documents ready for overseas in a few simple steps:
-
Choose your document type and shipping option, then confirm payment.
-
Send us the original to: Unit 217, C 7/F 124 Ap Liu St, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong
-
If it's a document from the Companies Registry, we'll obtain it for you.
-
We arrange submission to the Hong Kong High Court for apostillisation (usually about 3 working days).
-
Once ready, we send the document back to you and email a copy so you can use it right away.
Our small Hong Kong team helps you navigate apostillisation and notarisation, so your personal and corporate documents are prepared correctly for countries that follow the Hague Convention of 1961.
You do not need to deal with the process alone — just send us your documents from wherever you are, and we will assist with the rest.
